I get this error message when I download ebooks for NookColor - Error getting license Server Communication Problem: E-ADEPT_LIC_TOKEN_NULL_DATA. It looks like the ebook downloaded successfully onto my computer but when I open the file it's blank. Barnes&Noble digital help chat was not very helpful. Appreciate any ideas on this. Thanks.

e book question?
Hi there , I purchased a book called High Probability Trading back in 2008 ish
It opened on Adobe editions fine back then on my old laptop which is running on Windows 2000
I havent used that laptop for a couple of years.
I started it up today, but I cant open the book on adobe editions, there is an error 2038
I cant seem to transfer it to my other laptop either which is running on windows XP
Can anyone offer me a solution please?

As you can see in the attached image the activation server is not responding. I tried with another email address, same problem. Have reset password on both accounts and still doesn't work.

Installed ADE on new computer and migrated data but can't load library
I got a new laptop, and our MIS department transferred all of my files. I installed ADE and migrated my existing data, but ADE did not launch after the migration. I have tried to open ADE from its desktop icon, and all I get is the "Loading Library" splash page FOREVER. What do I need to do?

Display of checkout time in Overdrive
Overdrive users are allowed to initially set their checkout time in days, but Adobe displays the checkout time in weeks. For instance, a user will select 14 days and check out. eBooks in Adobe Digital Editions shows that the item is checked out for 1 week. Overdrive says this is because the title is actually due back a minute or so less than the full two weeks. They recommended that we let you know that this is confusing to users. I install Adobe Digital Editions in my computer. And there I can read my eBooks.
But i want to read my eBooks in a Tablet. I install two different apps in my tablet. And they ask for me the Adobe ID.
When I try to sign in, both apps say: "failed to sign in" or "error".
I readon a websitethat I can readebookson up to 6devices.
I try to use the apss Tradeit and Ebooki in a tablet AOC Breeze.

Kindle Fire wont link with ADE?
I'm trying to get e-pub library books onto a kindle fire. My library site clearly states this can be done using the Overdrive app and ADE.
After much frustration, the OverDrive app is loaded on my Kindle and registered to Adobe, and ADE is loaded onto my computer and registered. I can get Library books onto my computer no problem but when I link my kindle with a USB cable it does not show as a device on the ADE page so I cannot drag and drop the book. There is no device section on the page, just the bookshelves, and the drop down memus dont give me the option to link or register a device. Help!

Number of allowed authorisations
Hi,
I have a computer that is going to be replaced so I want to de-authorize the ADE installation on the old one. On the forum I have found that you have to use the ctrl+shift+D combination to be able to de-authorize. However, when I click this a message is displayed that de-authorizing does not cause the number of allowed authorizations to increase. But that is exactly what I want : when I decommission a computer (so I will not use it anymore) I expect this ADE installation not to count anymore against my number of allowed authorizations.
How can this be addressed? And where can I find the remaining number of authorisations?

Failed to transfer saved ebooks in ADE between PCs (with the same Adobe ID)

I have Adobe Digital Editions 2.0 I am trying to authorize it , but for the past months I have been getting this as an error message:

I have tried setting up new Adobe IDs and have even tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Adobe Digital Editions.

I want to move my Ebooks from my C-disk to my D-disk.How can I do that?
For good reasons I want to replace my Ebooks from my C-Disk to my D-disk.
Moving the tree including and below My Digital Editions has no effect. It seems the programs only wants to see my C-Disk.
How can I colve this? I don't want to loose my annotations and remarks.
