Help please re-enabling access to my e-book

Hi, I bought an e-book from Adobe last year which I am no longer able to access. The email address I thought was used for my id had was not recognised.  On the advice of the Adobe help chat line, I have just set up a new Adobe account; this appears to have been set up successfully.  However, when I try to open my e-book, I get the following error message

 

"The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again."

 

Please can you suggest what I need to do to re-enable access to my e-book?

Check Activation Error

Back in May, I started school and I was given and ebook, I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions and the book from ASA2FLY, for the first 2 day I was able to look at my books, it's been giving me an error that says (Error Check Activation)

I when to my director and she said to deactivate then re-activate and that should solve the problem, needless to say it didn't. So I was given another code to download my books and it keeps continuing to give me the same MSG but this time it doesn't allow me to download them and it keeps saying (error check activation)

Need help ASAP!

eBook Vender for Digital Editions on Computer and Android - Help please!

Hello, I just got a free book through the First to Read program via Penguin Random House. On their site it says to use the First to Read option in the vendor list but it's not showing up as an option for me.

 

What eBook vender should I use and do I use my Penguin account to log in? Or do I need to make a separate account to get in? I've never used this program before and, from other things I have read, don't want to risk losing access to read this eBook.

Ciao a tutti,

ho ADE sul pc, sul tablet e sullo smartphone, entrambi Android.

MI sono loggato con il mio AdobeID ma non mi sincronizza i libri. O meglio, provo a spiegarmi: mi sincronizza soltanto i titoli acquistati. Se ho dei pdf, che non ho acquistato, sul pc non riesco a leggerli dagli altri dispositivi...

Non è che la sincronizzazione funziona solo con gli acquisti?

 

Inoltre, ho visto che un libro, tra quelli che ho, ha il simbolo di una nuvoletta, tipo cloud, la mia domanda è: come faccio a inviare tutti gli ebook sul cloud?

I've tried everything I could find on the forums, and nothing works.

 

I have the latest version of ADE (4.5) and I work on Mac OS Sierra 10.13.4

 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried to delete the ''activation.dat'' thing, etc.

 

The reason I want to deauthorize is I have another problem: I'm not able to authorize my KOBO eReader (error message E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_DEY).

 

Anyone can help me?

Instead of downloading an ebook it downloads ADE?

Hello, i've been trying to download ebooks to do university work and every time i download without fail, even tried the free ebooks adobe provide on the site to instruct how to download ebooks, it instead downloads ADE? It won't download the books at all, just a link to install it again and again when i already have it installed. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled, restarted my laptop etc and nothing seems to be working?

Parts of book are blank (sometimes reappear while scrolling, but not when i scroll back)

I have a textbook I've been using all semester without problems. All of a sudden parts of some pages are missing. They appear blank but when i scroll past them some text will show up as I scroll.

Has anyone encountered this or know how to fix it?

Unable to Download : E_ACT_NOT_READY

I keep receiving this following message when I try to download a book from my library. Unable to download, error getting License. License server communication problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY.

 

I am aware that multiple people have had this issue and the following was suggested:

De-authorize your Adobe ID and re-authorize.

however, of course, when It ry to de-authorize my computer says: unable to erase authorization; try again after some time. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

 

This was working a few weeks ago and now....

 

I'm extremely frustrated, as I imagine many of you are as well. Why is this the only option out there to download library books? It's insane! This is supposed to be an easy way to be able to read and relax. Needless to say I have now spent hours on this issue and feel the furthest from relaxed as one can feel.

Ho comprato e scaricato degli ebook con DRM dal sito Feltrinelli.

Ho aperto ADE dal mio Mac HighSierra per convertirli ma non li accetta e inoltre, quando provo ad aprire uno già convertito mi esce questo messaggio RET_RECORD_CORE_INVALID_CLIENT_CERT

 

Ho controllato l'autorizzazione sul programma e mi dice che è tutto a posto.

J'ai ce message d'erreur qui apparaît. Dans le soutien en ligne, on dit d'effacer l'autorisation... Quand je viens pour le faire, on me dit toujours que cette fonction n'est pas disponible actuellement et d'essayer plus tard.

 

Que dois-je faire?

 

J'aimerais pouvoir lire sur ma kobo.

Computer crashed; can I reacquire Elements 15?

Hi!  A little more than a year ago, I downloaded Photoshop Elements 15, but didn't make a backup copy. My computer crashed, and I have had to reload all my software, but I don't have Elements. I DO, however, have my Serial Number from the original download. Is there anything I can do to get the software back without having to purchase it again?

I have just purchased 5 books from Kobo as I always do, downloaded them so I can have them on my ereader so I can read them with digital editions but there is one that just will not work.

Doesn't matter how many times I download it I just keep getting this message.  All of the other books have worked fine.  Very frustrating because the one that won't work is the first in the series

Bonjour,

Je me suis enregistrée ce matin pour télécharger Adobe sur mon ordinateur. On m'a demandé un identifiant et un mot de passe que j'ai inscrit. Tout a bien téléchargé...

Le problème est que lorsque je veux télécharger un livre numérique de ma bibliothèque locale dans Adobe. Un message me parvient de «Adobe Digital Edition».

Le voici : «Téléchargement impossible. Erreur lors de l'obtention de la licence. Problème de communication avec le serveur de licences :  E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER». (Voir le «Print Screen» ci-haut, en copie)

 

Est-ce possible de vérifier si j'ai déjà un compte créé antérieurement, dont je ne me souviens aucunement, qui pourrait peut-être expliquer pourquoi l'accès est bloqué? Je posséderais deux identifiants?? Que me suggérez-vous? Est-ce possible de tout annuler et de recommencer à zéro les étapes pour m'enregistrer?...

J'ai appelé au seul numéro de téléphone que j'ai pu trouver dans le site d'Adobe, après maints efforts...J'ai pu avoir une intervenante unilingue anglaise (Toronto?) et malgré la gentillesse de cette personne et tous nos efforts pour nous comprendre, elle n'a pas pu m'aider. Avez-vous un lien téléphonique en Français??

Hello,

I have downloaded some epub books onto Adobe 4.5.7. When i close and reopen Adobe, the library is gone. When i try to redownload the book, Adobe does not allow me. I can't get my books back, libray keeps disappearing...

Can someone help me?

I just downloaded Digital Editions and attempted to login to authorize my computer.  I receive a message back  AUTHORIZATION SERVER ERROR: code E_Auth_Not_Ready  Digital Editions encountered an error on the activation server.

Unable to open eBooks

I am unable to open my eBooks on my bookshelf. I purchased the eBooks off booktopia. It comes up with a window saying:

Unable to open Trauma Trails, Recreating Song Lines

Errors were encountered in this item

Can someone please help with this issue? I need this textbook to finish a university assignment that is due this weekend.

I am Dr GS Bhattacharyya from India.

I have purchased 2 ePUB Digital Books from American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP).

I have my Login ID & Password for ADOBE.

 

1. I have logged in to ADOBE and downloaded ADE from Download Digital Edition 4.5.2 Windows (8.13MB)

2. On trying to open the Books

a) Clinical Pharmacist's Guide to Biostatistics and Literature Evaluation, Second Edition (eBook)

b) Pharmacogenomics: Applications to Patient Care, Third Edition (eBook)

 

I am being asked

Authorization Needed

This computer needs to be authorised with Vendor ID to open Clinical Pharmacist's Guide to Biostatistics and Literature Evalu.epub.

 

To start authorization process with a Vendor ID, click on the Continue button.

 

I have clicked on ContinueI was asked to Login. I used my Adobe ID and Password

I received a message

"This computer is not authorized to open Clinical Pharmacist's Guide to Biostatistics and Literature Evalu.epub because this item is authorised to a Vendor ID. To authorize your computer to open this item, enter your login ID and Password associated with this item and click on this Authorise Button.

The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again."

 

I am getting a similar message for "Pharmacogenomics: Applications to Patient Care, Third Edition".

 

Please assist me. What should I do? I am unable to view

My contact id is which is also my ADOBE ID.

I contacted

She informed me to download ADE, Click on Help, Authorise Computer using my Login ID and Password.

I did and the Computer was Authorised.

On clicking on the URL provided
