I see other posts with this tagline but have not seen any real help so far. I've had my Nook Simple Touch for 18 months and I've been downloading ebooks from my library to my Nook with no problem for all that time. Suddenly I am getting this copy not allowed message. I recently upgraded to a new PC with Windows 8.1 (using IE/Bing) and now am unable to get the two books I've just downloaded to copy to my Nook. Some specific step by step help suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
