Digital Editions Activations

I am getting a message that I have exceeded my activations when I try to transfer books out of ADE and onto my Kobo. I have always used the same computer and the same Kobo, so I don't know how I could have exceeded my activations. I have been reading that activations can be reset by calling customer service, but I cannot find a number to call anywhere.
