After working fine for over a year my ADE 2. progam stopped responding with the page half open. I uninstalled the program and downloaded the new version, 3. This refused to open also. Same reaction: it begins to open normally then hangs up with page half open. I have to use ctrl-alt-delete to end program to stop the action and clear the screen.
Following advice from a posting on this forum, I renamed My Digital Edition folder and uninstalled the program and re-installed the program again. Same problem.
Any suggestions?
Is there an email address for ADE help direct?
Is there an alternet program that will do the same job?
