My Userid Problem

I am student member of AIA, they use your product to be reader of their accounting e-book. I would like to download e-book to my new iPad min, but failure to show our userid, davidchow51665@yahoo.com.hk, has another person using, I have created a new userid, davidchow@live.hk, to resolve problem, but not success.

For more info, I have download the "Bluefire" in my iPad mini for receiving the e-book.

Please assist.
