Hi,
I recently got a "Licence error" with all my ebooks in Adobe Digital Editions. Some epubs came from Google Play, some from Kobo Books. All suddenly no longer worked. The error means they will not open.
I tried removing these books and re-downloading, however this gives the error message "Unable to download - error getting licence. Licence server communication problem: E_auth_bad_device_key_or_pkcs12".
I have checked, my account is authorised on this PC. I am running Windows 8.1.
Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!
