This problem just appeared out of the blue. I use Adobe Digital Editions all the time with no trouble. Then, a few days ago, I borrowed an e-book from the library and when I tried to open it, a pop-up box appeared that said
Error getting license. Licence Server Communication Problem: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY _OR_PKCS12
I thought it might be a security issue, so I tried to authorize my computer, but I got an error message.
I have searched all over the internet & I cannot fix this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ADE several times. I've tried every solution. Please help!
(btw, I have Windows 7)
