Yesterday, as I have done many times before, I bought a book from the Kobo website. Then I clicked on download Adobe DRM EPUB and I got this error message: "digital editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet."
I was connected. Then I went to the online chat help for Kobo. They were able to put the book on my kobo desktop. Unfortunately I wanted to put the book on my second Kobo which is registered to my husband. Meanwhile they tried to say the problem is with Adobe.
i contacted Kobo online chat again today and again they want to say it is an Adobe problem. The worker on chat suggested I save all the books I have on ADE (but she did not tell me how!) and then delete and redownload it.
My ADE says it is authorized.
What do you suppose is the problem?
