No longer syncing
Before I had a problem with beginning the whole thing, but now with account emails finally matching and everything, originally after that everything was going fine. Then one day, everything suddenly stopped syncing. I will continue to read the book on my phone, but going to my tablet, I find it not going to right place or even asking me if I want to go to the place I left off, and I have to go back a few pages on my phone to even find out what chapter I'm on. I don't know what changed, there was no attempt to change anything before then, at least not on my part; I checked the accounts and between phone and tablet everything matched, both Overdrive and Adobe ID, so I don't know what the problem could be this time around. Please, if anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated!

After downloading my ebook to my computer, I keep getting the message "Unable to add document. No record for this loan is found on this machine." What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Retrieving Saved Comments after Switching Servers
I work for an e-commerce company and we use Adobe PDF to do our catalog page layouts. We use Windows 7 and Mac OS. In the process the PDF and comments were originally saved to a server. This past weekend we had to copy everything to a new server, but when we open the PDF, it can't find the comments, because it is still looking for the old server. Is there a way to change the network path that Adobe is using to find the comments?

I have a digital product that is associated to an email address that is no longer active. Since I changed my Adobe ID email address I can't open this product. It requires my old email address. Is there a way I could associate this product with my new email address (Adobe ID that's current)?

Can Digital Editions be used in a Windows domain environment with roaming profiles, such that when jdoe logs into pc1, sets up ADE, and later logs into pc2, the authorization and ebooks follow jdoe from pc1 to pc2? Thank you!

Install DIGITAL EDITIONS 3 and specify library location
Hi all - i thought i had worked this out before, but,. . .
I don't have enough room on my system/boot (users/documents/digital editions/) drive to hold my ebook/pdf files,
but i can't figure out how to specify where the libraries should reside (on another partition/drive)
thinking back, i think i must have just created NEW libraries (designations) in DE3 and then "Added" files without actually moving the files to the boot drive.
any ideas how to specify the 'root' of the actual pdfs that DE3 can then just re-index without going to the trouble of manually creating everything again (i have over 50 different libraries-since there is no way to organize your files, otherwise) ?

Trying to open and read an ebook for the first time
When I click on the ebook file, it says I need to open it using Digital Edition. So when I say OK to do that, it just goes to the Adobe Digital Edition home page. I have gone in and set up an ID in Adobe.

Adobe Digital Editions for Surface RT
I would like to purchase a Microsoft Surface tablet to replace my netbook. The Surface runs the Windows 8 RT operating system, which is different from Windows 8. Executable files (such as the Adobe Digital Editions installation EXE) cannot be run on RT -- apps must be downloaded from the Microsoft Windows App Store. Will Adobe make a version of Adobe Digital Editions that will run on the Surface RT?

Japanese glyphs not rendering in AdobeDE
We are testing an .epub of a book that is mostly in English but contains Japanese kana via unicode. The kana show up fine in other epub readers but AdobeDE renders the glyphs as boxes. How can this be resolved?

Digital Editions 3.0 not recognising that computer is authorised
Hi
I downloaded Digital Editions 3.0 onto a computer that was already authorised with my Adobe ID. ADE has not picked up this authorisation and says that the computer is not authorised. When I try and authroise it via ADE3.0 it has a box for "eBook Vendor" which is greyed out so I cannot insert anything and when I complete the other boxes with my Adobe ID and password it returns an Activation Server Error with the code "E_AUTH_NOT_READY".
Any suggestions?

Adobe Digital editions- stopped working error
Hi, I am having trouble getting into the Adobe Digital editions. I downloaded it, and it says it is complete, but when I go to open it I get an error message that adobe has stopped working and windows is checking for a solution, window closes nothing happens, can't open it. I triedhe uninstalling it and reinstalling it but the same thing happened again. How do I fix this?

Problems with an older Mac and ADE
Hello all,
I need to download Adobe Digital Editions, but I have a 10.6.8 Mac, and Digital Editions 3.0 only works on 10.7 and up. 2.0 works on 10.6 and up, so I tracked down an old installer for that (still on an Adobe site, this is the real thing). Now, I downloaded the ADE 2.0 Installer.dmg, but when I try to open it all I get is "Warning, The following disk images couldn't be opened: Reason, not recognized."
Any assistance would be appreciated, there's probably an easy solution I just can't see.

I can't find my Nook when I open ADE
I recently downloaded Adobe Digital Edition so that I can read ebooks purchased from Kobo on my Nook HD Plus, however after plugging in my Nook and then opening ADE I can't find my Nook so that I can transfer the books I purchased. What am I doing wrong.
