After downloading successfuly any ebook to PocketBook or Aldiko eReaders on any of my two Galaxy Tablets, there is displayed this message: "Import failed [E_STREAM_ERROR: CURL returned 1(1)]
Hi, I really hope there is someone to help me with this problem.
Three weeks ago, I had an issue not being able to sign in on two eReaders in one of my two tablets, so I luckily found a link on Aldiko's web page: www.aldiko.com. It was an Adobe chat located in London, and the person who attended me did a great job. After giving a solution to it, I told him there was another problem, everytime I tried to open an ebook on my second Tablet, a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, there was a message about an error. He told me he had to transfer me to another chat, which he didn't, and told me Tech Support was going to call me!!! That never happened! Luckily I found an email where Adobe were giving me 24 hours to say if my problem was already resolved, I answered to a link and said: NO. It happened two weeks ago. From that day on I haven't been able to open any other ebook. I know now that, because last Saturday I bought FIVE ebooks DRMprotected and after downloading successfuly the files, I can see downloading file to my two eReades, but then there is this message displayed: "Import failed [E_STREAM_ERROR: CURL returned 1(1)].
Is there any wisy person who can help me to resolve this problem. Otherwise I won't be able to read/buy any new DRM protected ebook, until there is going to be a person (I hope this really happen, and soon) who can give the eReaders buyers and readers, another solution apart of ADE. Please, It cannot be possible there is no other alternative to read Protected licensed ebooks (files) other than ADE!

Why won't my new ebook, just purchased, download to Adobe Editions?
I just bought an ebook online which is supposed to download to Adobe Editions on my Windows laptop, but the download keeps failing to complete. I get this message: "Error getting license. Server communication problem E_Adept_Request_Expired" .. However, I had no trouble downloading the ebook to BlueFire on my iPad -- it worked first time! Thanks. J
Update: I just tried downloading this book using Internet Explorer instead of Firefox and it worked perfectly the very first time! I got the idea of changing browsers when I saw someone had posted that she switched from Firefox to Safari and the download worked. J

Is there a way to transfer an e-book from my laptop to the Adobe Digital Editions app on my iPad?
I want to transfer my world history textbook to my iPad that I use for school, but I plug my iPad into my laptop and when I go into the Adobe Digital Editions on my laptop, my iPad does not show up. Is there a way to transfer it, or will I just have to use it on my laptop?

Anyone else having problems with ADE 4.03 in Windows 10? Today it won't open at all.
I have tried uninstall, then redownloaded and installed again. Still can't get he program to open no matter how I approach it. Yesterday it worked fine.

I have not been able to launch Adobe Digital Editions since I switched to Windows 10.
Have not found solution in Adobe or Windows websites.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Digital Editions and still no resolution.
Does not return an error message when I try to launch but never opens.
I cannot find a solution to this, $200 + in epubs I cannot use.
I cannot open them as pdfs because they are encrypted from the publishers.

Problems activating Adobe Viewer
I recently purchased an e-reader a LEGGO from IBS Italy. I have purchased two books but I can't download them as they require me to active the device by using my Adobe account. There is provision for this on the e-reader. I tap in logging in with email address and password (the same I used to log in here) but I get a message Activation failed. ( E-AUTH_FAILED. http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept"SignInDirect -(then my email address) and then CUSO5051 or it could be CUS05051.
The adobe activation is necessary due to the DSM or ePUB ( I can't understand it - something to do with protecting copyright) with respect to the books I have purchased. This means I can't read the books without activating the Adobe account. What is going wrong?

Copying text from notes does not work in ePub.
Hi,
I cannot copy text from the notes sections of the books, at the end of the book in ePub files. Copying works good in the rest of the book. Please help. Neither key combinations, such as CTRL+C, neither the context menu works:
It works in other ePub software, such as Calibre e-book viewer.

an agent said i needed to use a forum for my problem, I got a new computer and tried to authorized it to download ebooks, which works but it won't let me transfer to my Nook. whenever I try to authorized it again, it says I made a mistake and can't go for
I had adobe digital editions on my old computer, where I downloaded ebooks, then transferred to my Nook (e reader), all worked fine. Now I tried to "authorize" my Adobe for my new computer, it will let me download, but not transfer to the Nook. Can anyone help? An Agent with Adobe said I had to come to the forum, don't know why, seems he could have helped me.

Fehler E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS beheben!
Ich habe vor Monaten meinen Computer erfolgreich autorisiert und konnte dann Adobe DRM-geschützte Medien lesen. Nach mehreren Bücherkäufen habe ich von der Stadtbücherei Bücher heruntergeladen und auf den angeschlossenen Tolino übertragen. Dabei wurde ich aufgefordert meine Adobe ID autorisieren zu lassen. Nach dem sechsten Mal der Autorisierung ist nun der obige Fehler aufgetreten.
Mittlerweile habe ich gelernt, wie ich Bücher von der Bücherei über die installierte Adobe Digital Editions-Software auf den Tolino übertrage (rotes Signal wird bei der Verschiebung auf den Button Tolino grün).
Leider hat das heruntergeladene Buch auf dem Tolino nicht öffnen lassen, da wiederum eine Autorisierung verlangt wurde.
Ich ersuche nun den Adobe Kunden-Support, meine ID zurücksetzen zu wollen bzw. mir mitzuteilen, was ich zu unternehmen habe.

Erase Authorization without password
I am trying to erase my authorization to change it - as I keep getting a Check Authorization error when I try to load new library books - but cannot remember the password to the account. I have signed back into Adobe on line and changed the password but this did not help.
Is there some way to erase the authorization without the password?

I am trying to download my Entitle books to my computer. I was told to de authorize the id so I could use an Entitle Id. When I try I get the message "unable to erase authorization, please try another time." Trying to get help I was told to come here.
