I receive the error "ADE is unable to connect to the fulfillment server..." I have adjusted my firewall to allow ADE 4.0 and am still not having luck. Any suggestions?

migration failed
I have windows xp pro sp3
NT 5.1 build 2600
windows sees system.dllnotfound.exception
I download 4.0 and get download complete. click on close and get message that migration has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I used firefox 32.0.3 and explorer 8.0. with same results.
has anyone had the same trouble and if so, is there a way to get through this?

cannot download borrowed books
I bought a new KOBO, WHICH REQUIRES ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS TO DOWNLOAD BOOKS FROM THE LIBRARY. i CONTINUALLY GET ERROR MESSAGE ;license server communication problem E_IO_Cannot_Open. The library has tried, but states it is an adobe problem. I have asked, and asked, and tried to contact ANYONE from adobe, but to no avail. Does no one at adobe care about customer service?

Don't know where to find unlock code
I am trying to open an ebook that I downloaded from barnes & noble to my pc. I get a screen that says: This computer is not allowed to open......(book Title)..., to open enter info below; there is one box that asks for user name and the one under that asks for unlock code. I have tried using my adobe user name and password but they do not work here. Where can I get the unlock code and do I still use my user name for adobe.?

Is it wise for CS6 owners on Mac to upgrade to Yosemite?
Is it still true that Creative Suite 6 owners (as differentiated from CC subscribers) will not be supported once upgraded to Yosemite? When I purchased CS6 in July 2014, the adobe agent on the phone warned me that Adobe would not longer offer support my CS6 on Yosemite upgrade.

adobe digital editions has stopped working
Jus wondering if anyone can help me. I am trying to transfer a book I borrowed from the library to my kobo. Everytime I drag and click it I get the following message. Adobe digital editions has stopped working windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. I used to use the Kobo on my desktop with no problems borrowing from the library but now I have a laptop I get this message every time. It will let me put books that I have purchased on my kobo but no library books. Also does it matter that I have a new kobo same model(just that my kobo was relpaced due to a problem I had) any help appriciated.

My default browser is Firefox, but ADE opens hyperlinks to URLs in Internet Explorer in a small window. Can either of these be changed?

Copy function
Hi - I'm having trouble copying text from an eBook. When I first opened Digital Editions I could highlight and copy parts of the text, but then it stopped on about the 5th page. Now the "copy" button is greyed out and the Ctrl C function doesn't work either. I tried rebooting my computer but it didn't help. I'm using the copy function to take some study notes as this is one of my prescribed texts. Any thoughts?

ADE 4 Images no longer display properly in 'Float' mode
ADE 3 had no problem showing my images in float with word wrapping.
ADE 4 goes nuts when I use this type of object style with my images…see below.
First image is with float, and word wrapping. Second image is a simple centered anchored image above line.

Can't open DRM ebooks on Kobo Glo
I gave my mom a Kobo Glo for Christmas, but I can't get Adobe Digital Editions to work with it properly. I installed ADE 2.0 on her Windows XP machine and it recognized and authorized the Kobo, but when I try to open a library book on the Kobo, the cover appears and then the screen goes black and I'm returned to the main menu. The book is then marked as Finished.
Other DRMed books on her Kobo (free ones from the Kobo Store) won't open, but display an error message: "Oops! This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID [etc]..."
I've tried some of the suggestions I've seen here, including deleting the authorization on the device and reconnecting. I've also tried deleting the Digital Editions folder on the Kobo and reconnecting. Nothing appears to be resolving this problem.
I guess the next step would be to revert the Kobo back to factory and start all over. Any other suggestions?
