Where can I find a product serial number for a digital download? I purchased Photoshop elements bundled with my Dell laptop. I'm able to initiate download but never received a serial number and can't locate one in the invoice or other communication related to purchase. Stopped cold.

I can't authorize my kobo glo in ADE
I did a factory reset on my Kobo, now I can't transfer library ebooks from ADE to my Kobo. I have uninstalled ADE and reinstalled it. I have set up a new ID, but all my old info keeps coming up in my new installs.

OS X Yosemite: ADE 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 all crash upon opening
Is this a Yosemite thing? Has anyone else experienced this? If you fixed it, what did you do? Is there a bit of the error log that I can copy and paste in here to help diagnose? Is this just going to get fixed in the next few days?
I'm not 100% sure it's caused by Yosemite because I hadn't used ADE for many weeks prior to the update, but it's the only major thing I can think of that's changed.
In the mean time, is there any other program that can open .acsm files on a Mac running Yosemite?

I recently purchased three eBooks from the American Medical Association's bookstore. I downloaded the first two e-books to my MacBook Pro with the Adobe email ID franciswbrooks@gmail.com. I proceeded to follow the directions and download a digital edition software to my iMac. I was able to download the third e-book to my iMac but was unable to download prior two eBooks since it said that I was not authorized and a different Adobe ID was needed. This same problem occurred when I tried to transfer my first two eBooks purchased on my MacBook Pro but was unable to read these on my iMac. I follow the instructions and said that I did not have an ID for this iMac. I am very confused and would like to continue to use our services and I am sure that other physicians are in my same position. Please assist so that I may read all of the e-books purchased on all of my devices, as your product feature page assures that I can do.

No Icon to drag and drop
I have a PC with Windows 7. After installing the ADE the icon to drag and drop to my Ereader did not appear in the window pane. I re-installed the download but the Icon still does not appear. I had to copy and paste purchased Ebooks to my Nook

Unable to download an ebook to my home PC
I am currently taking a course with the National Institute of Government Purchasing (nigp). the ebook I am trying to access and download is "Legal Aspects of Public Procurement". I have downloaded Adobe Editions already. I have followed the e-mail instructions from nigp on how to download the book but it does not work. I keep getting the following error message "A DEPT_NO_TOKEN"; I have an Adobe ID, I have authorized this computer, and used the e-mail. This has been a frustrating experience.

I have authorised ADE 2.0 on my new computer and downloaded books to my library. Now though I cannot transfer books to my Aluratek ereader as I get and error message No Permission To Copy Books. I was able to on my previous computer and I have checked that the ereader is compatible with ADE Please can someone help.

In 2009 i bought a book with adobe drm. Now i wanted to read it again, but Adobe DE first forced me to change my password, than crashes while trying to open the epub-file (Mac OS X 10.10)
I remember, that sometime in the last years adobe change the drm system. Does anyone know if that might be the problem and how to read old drm-files with the new system?

Adobe Digital Editions 4.0 crashes each time I try to move a library ebook to my kobo ereader
I am using Mac OS X 10.9.5. I installed ADE 4.0 and was able to use the ascm file from my local library to download a library book to ADE 4.0 bookshelf. ADE recognizes my Kobo eReader, but when I drag the book to the eReader, ADE first tells me it is copying the file to the eReader, then it promptly crashes and gives a long error (pasted below). I tried this on my laptop too, which uses Mac OS X 10.7.5, also with ADE 4.0. Exact same thing happens.
I have no idea what's going on. Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried plugging the eReader in at different times (when ADE is launched, and before it launches), with no change in the error.
Any help will be appreciated!

why authorization with an Adobe ID is so complicated?
I have made a mistake, I authorise my Adobe ID on iPad, as a result I can't read my eBook on my MacBook, because it says I can only authorise this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorise any other computer or mobile devices
