All menu items, including authorize and erase authorization, and functions like select and copy, are grayed out. The only function that works is "find." Any thoughts on how to activate these tools/functions.

I am trying to change the account that is authorized on my computer. The email that was associated with my account has changed. I have changed the email address in my account online but, the account ID on my desktop has not changed.

Adobe DRM tolino Anmeldung
Hallo
Ich habe mir einen tolino gekauft und in Betrieb genommen. Fälschlicherweise habe ich die Adobe DRM vom tolino aus gezogen. Nun kann ich die aus einer öffentlichen Bibliothek entliehenen Bücher nicht vom PC auf den tolino ziehen, weil dieser die Adobe Id offensichtlch nicht kennt. Meldung sinngemäß: die Adobe DRM ist nicht die gleiche wie die am PC.
Meine Frage nun: wie kann ich die ganze Anmeldeprozedur an Adobe DRM rückgängig machen und mir dann erneut, diesmal vom PC aus mit verbundenem tolino, eine Adobe Id ziehen. Oder bekommt man das auch anders hin?
Der Kern des Problems ist, daß ich den PC nun nachträglich nicht autorisieren kann, weil die Adobe Id vom tolino aus erstellt wurde.
Danke für Lösungsideen bzw. -wege.

Wrong Adobe ID associated with my DRM protected books
At one point in time I had two Adobe IDs. One of these was used to register my purchased DRM epub books. Recently we were permitted to have only 1 Adobe ID so one of these was dropped and my purchases of Adobe software etc. were migrated to that ID. The other one was dropped. Unfortunately that dropped ID was the one under which my reader was registered to read the DRM books. Now that I have purchased a new device and migrated the books, I am unable to read those books as they were not purchased under the present ID and I cannot authorize the device under the old ID. I have authorized the device under the single ID, but cannot read the books. The books were purchased from the Sony Reader store (now closed) which is now Kobo. But they cannot help me presumably with an Adobe ID issue.
Please help as I have a lot of books that I have purchased that I can't access.

Unable to authorize ADE with google vendor id
Trying to authorize my PC with Adobe Digital Editions using 'Google' as my ebook vendor. Authorization keeps failing with the error message.
"Incorrect login ID or password for the selected eBook vendor. Please try again"
I know my login details are correct. I have tried omitting the @gmail.com with no luck. I want to be able to import my google play books collection into Adobe Digital Editions.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I can't open ACSM File because "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER"..but suggestion doesn't work
So I couldn't seem to download ebooks from the library suddenly using ACSM files. I kept getting the error "E Adapt too short"
I tried everything but nothing seemed to work.
So I attempted to uninstall and re-install ADE but all I get is "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" every time I try to download the ACSM file.
I followed every uninstall tip to a tee but nothing seems to work. In particular, I can't seem to find these:
"5. Remove only the structures that are under the "SOFTWARE" extensions. This will remove the Adobe ID / License and Activation Key
6. Clear any outstanding tasks that may be associated to Adobe Digital Editions downloads
- C:\data\my digital editions (don't exist in my c:\ drive)
- C:\my documents\my digital editions(don't exist in my c:\ drive
7. Delete any documents within these folders:
- Restore > Tasks
- Restore > Failed"
That's my only guess as to why my reinstall attempts aren't working keep getting this error.
Can anyone help me?
I've tried restalling ADE it and then authorizing with Adobe ID but same error occurred.
I also tried to reinstall but with no authorization and still the same error
None of this makes any sense. ADE has been working fine for months and all of the sudden it craps out on me?

Can't authorize my computer.
I have a PC and I can't seem to authorize Digital Editions on it. I've tried twice, two different ways. Once through Overdrive, and once through Adobe itself. I get the same error either way. A picture is attached with the error message. Attempts to "Try Again" yield the same error. Someone please assist.
