Out of focus video
One interview that I filmed seems to not focus on the person. There is no movement whatsoever in the background. I have Premiere Element 13, how can I edit the clip so that it will focus on the person? I already clicked render and I did smart fix but nothing has happened. how to change pages in ADE
I have successfully downloaded an ebook of over 200 pages, but in ADE, I can figure out how to view a page in it's entirety or move from page to page; the page down goes 11 pages.

Adobe Digital Edition 4.0.3 on Windows 8.1 will only run as Administrator
When trying to run ADE4.0.3 as standard user on Windows 8.1 nothing happens but I can see it is producing Windows Error Reports when monitoring it with Process Explorer and the Windows Application log shows two events (id 1026 and 1000) in quick succession when I try to launch it. See extracts of the Windows event logs below.
When I run the application as an Administrator their is no problems and the application launches as expected. It would appear to be some sort of permissions error either in .Net Framework, File system or registry. Please assist.

Does Adobe still support ADE?
I've just started using Adobe Digital Editions but it seems like it's little more than an unsupported public beta than a real product. On Windows 8.1 it crashes the moment it is minimized and support for PDF format documents certainly leaves a lot to be desired. For example, if a file is missing there is no option to locate it, it has to be deleted and re-added. If the PDF file properties, in particular title, creator, and publisher are missing, incorrect, or invalid, there is no way of updating, correcting, or overriding them in the database. Editing the .xml file in the manifest folder is only good until the file is opened again in ADE, when the changes will be undone. Maintaining a cross-platform shared database, for example between Windows and a Mac in nearly impossible. Does ADE have a future or is Adobe only playing lip service to maintain it's DRM-enabled epub business?

ADE crashes and the book is not transferred
I have a new nook. Have downloaded and installed and authorized ADE. When I double click a .acsm link the book loads to ADE. When I drag the book to my nook, I get the little green plus sign and the dialog comes up saying it is preparing the file, then ADE crashes and the book is not transferred. I am on an iMac, Yosemite 10.10.2 if that matters

Correct cover icon size
Good day
When exporting for Adobe Indesign, what is the size and format for the cover in order for the icon to display correctly in ADE? I have created an ePub3 document in indesign in 1536px x 2048px size and the cover icon keeps cropping on the right and the bottom.

Can I use ADE for Sony E-Reader PRS-T2, PRS-T1 and Tolino Vision 2?
Hi, hope someone can help:
I want to use Adobe Digital Editions with three different devices: the Sony e-readers PRS-T1 and PRS-T2 and Tolino Vision 2.
ADE recognizes the Tolino reader but not the Sony reader T2. I haven't tried T1 yet because I currently don't have it here.
Does someone know if all the three mentionend devices are compatible for ADE. Which ADE version am I supposed to have installed?

mi appare l'errore: impossibile collegarsi al server di evasione. verificare che la connessione internet sia disponibile.
Ovvio che internet funziona.
Mi sono già rivolta a Kobo che mi ha risposto che deve essere un problema di adobe digital editions.
E' possibile? cosa devo fare per poter leggere il libro che ho acquistato?

ADE black hole?
On my old laptop I have only one purchased book remaining on my account from the many that I have purchased. My kobo shows that many of my books are in a state of "download pending".
On my new laptop, when I access ADE, I have NO purchased books in my account.
This is ridiculous. I'm very FRUSTRATED with ADE.
