Adobe Digital Editions doesn't recognize my Google ID and doesn't allow me to authenticate my book.

ADE 4.5 on PC with Windows 10.
Won't finish loading. Hangs on pop-up window that says "Loading Library" with busy circle. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but still does same thing. Help please.

Books not downloading
I've had multiple issues with my new digital editions 4.5, usually if I just uninstall it and then reinstall the problem is solved. My issue is I will download books from netgalley but then they won't upload to my digital editions. I've changed the .acsm files to accept digital editions previously but this time when I reinstalled the 4.5 edition it doesn't give me that option to make it the default program. I'll even go to browse programs, find digital editions 4.5, double click to save it and it doesn't work. It 'automatically' saves it to an adobe acrobat reader dc which doesn't accept the .acsm files.

ADE does not automatically recognize my supported device when the device is plugged in.
In the ADE "Getting Started Guide" it states the following:
Adobe Digital Editions allows you to transfer items from / to a supported eReader device.
Connect the supported eReader device to your computer and launch Digital Editions. Digital Editions automatically detects the presence of your device.
However, my Kobo Glo was not detected. I've already tried deleting ADE and re-downloading it. What are the next steps?

wie kann ich hier einen Kundendienst oder einen Support erreichen. Ich habe das Problem, dass ich eine Adobe ID habe und mich damit nur auf dem Laptop und meinem Tolino anmelden kann. Wenn ich mich am Handy autorisieren will kommt immer, die 6 Geräte sind erreicht.
Ich konnte mich aber am Handy schon autorisieren, allerdings mit dem alten. Vor kurzem hatte ich mir das Tolino Tab 8 gekauft, das fehlerhaft war und ich zurückgeschickt habe, habe da aber die nicht vorhandenen Geräte abgemeldet. Jetzt kommt immer die Meldung, dass ich mich an den Kundendienst wenden soll, aber ich kann nichts finden außer diesem Forum.
Kann mir jemand helfen?

I bought a Gobii eReader from Kalahari.com. I regisered at Adobe and downloaded the Adobe Digital Edition. My computor is authorized but it seems that ADE cannot “see” my Gobii to copy my e-books from ADE to my Gobii. Must the device be authorized as well

won't accept password
I've downloaded a book from my library but I can't move it to digital editions. I get an "unable to download" message. I then went on the net for help and i was told to reauthorize it then reauthorize it but it wouldn't accept my password so I reset my password and it still would not accept it. Help.

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER
I am getting this error and it is frustrating me. I need to access this book for my class and still have not gotten it. I have paid money for it and would like to use it sometime....
I installed this program on my friends computer and accessed the book. At the time, that was the only place I could download the book and read it. Now I would like to switch it to my computer so that I can do my homework and assignments at my place. I have looked and tried and everything you can ever imagine to fix it, but I still get the same error.

I get a message that my KOBO is not ADE authorized. This is new as it has always been authorized. What can I do to fix this?
I have downloaded a book from the library to digital additions as normal and copied it to the KOBO as normal but I get a not authorized message when I try to access it. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

How get around invalid password error trying to erase authorization?
Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 gets an error! activation on .acsm files downloaded from my public library. Saw a fix that said erase authorization, but when I try to do that using my library ID and password, it says password is invalid. What am I doing wrong?
